Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and advanced process design.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale operational transformation projects and driving significant business impact.
• Expertise in advanced modeling, simulation, and optimization techniques, with a deep understanding of digital transformation in manufacturing.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Recognised subject matter expert in a relevant area of industrial engineering.
