Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive digital transformation strategies for clients, encompassing technology, data, and organisational change.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business value realization.
• Advise C-level executives on emerging digital trends, platform strategies, and technology adoption roadmaps.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams of digital consultants, fostering expertise in areas such as AI, cloud, data analytics, and customer experience.
• Drive business development efforts, identifying and securing new digital transformation opportunities.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership in digital strategy and innovation, publishing articles and presenting at industry forums.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in management consulting or a related field, with a strong focus on digital strategy and transformation.
• Proven expertise in digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, data analytics, IoT, and modern software development methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex digital transformation initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at the executive level.
• Strong understanding of business architecture, change management, and agile delivery models.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or PhD in a relevant field strongly preferred.
