Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting engagements within the financial services sector, addressing strategic, operational, and regulatory challenges.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives within financial institutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of key areas such as banking operations, capital markets, insurance, fintech, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, Solvency II).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes and delivering measurable business outcomes for financial clients.
• Exceptional client management and executive-level advisory skills.
• Strong understanding of digital trends impacting financial services, including AI, blockchain, and open banking.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
