Principal Management Consultant - Strategy

About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished Principal Management Consultant with a strong focus on Strategy to be based in or near Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire . In this senior role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for a broad range of clients, helping them navigate complex market landscapes and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and implementation of corporate and business unit strategies for clients.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning exercises.

• Advise C-suite executives on strategic challenges, opportunities, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or related advisory roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, market entry, M&A, or corporate restructuring.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline; consulting certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop consulting teams in strategic methodologies.
