Key Responsibilities
- Lead major strategic consulting projects, defining scope, objectives, and execution plans.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in management consulting at a senior or principal level.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex strategic projects and delivering significant business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in strategy formulation, organizational design, and performance improvement.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong executive presence.
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant business or analytical field is highly desirable.
