Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead complex, multi-disciplinary consulting projects from initiation to successful completion.

Requirements

• An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) and a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading major strategic transformations and organizational change initiatives.
• Deep understanding of financial modelling, performance management, and business process re-engineering .
• Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
