Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical product design and development , with a strong focus on complex systems.
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing technical projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in CAD/CAE tools, system modeling, and sophisticated design validation techniques.
- Proven track record of innovation, including patent filings or significant product contributions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
