Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of novel mechanical systems and products.
• Provide expert technical direction and mentorship across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Conduct advanced FEA analysis , dynamic simulations, and performance testing to optimize designs.
• Define product requirements, technical specifications, and development roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and software engineering, in a virtual environment.
• Champion best practices in mechanical design, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and DFA (Design for Assembly).

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering and product development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in advanced CAD/CAE tools (e.g., Siemens NX, ANSYS Workbench) and simulation methodologies.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and bring new technologies to market.
