Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in research and development, with a focus on innovation and new technology introduction.
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as mechatronics, robotics, advanced materials, or novel actuation systems.
• Proven ability to conduct independent research, solve complex problems, and drive technical breakthroughs.
• Strong publication or patent record.
