Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and validation of complex thermal management systems for demanding applications.
- Develop innovative solutions for heat dissipation, cooling, and temperature control in challenging environments.
- Utilize advanced simulation tools (CFD, thermal analysis) to optimize system performance and predict behavior.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural strategies for future thermal system development.
- Collaborate closely with product management, hardware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of thermal solutions.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers within the team.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field with a specialization in thermal sciences.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant focus on thermal systems design and analysis.
- Expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD ) and thermal modeling software.
- Deep understanding of heat transfer principles, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams in a remote setting.
