Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical leadership and direction on complex mechanical engineering projects.

Requirements
- A Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with significant experience in a principal or lead role.
- Deep expertise in system design , analysis, and validation, with a strong understanding of various engineering domains.
- Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAE tools and simulation software.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and projects, resolve complex issues, and influence technical decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adapted for a fully remote working setup.
