Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership and strategic direction for mechanical engineering projects.

Requirements
- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related scientific field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering design and analysis.
- Deep expertise in CAD/CAE tools and methodologies for complex system design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage technical risks, and deliver results.
- Exceptional understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills suitable for a remote work environment.
