Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct advanced engineering analysis, including FEA , CFD, and thermal analysis, to ensure design integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and project management, to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, specifications, and test plans.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive technological advancements.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Expertise in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks , Siemens NX) and advanced simulation tools.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of material science, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills essential for the UK market.
