Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical consultant for all major mechanical engineering initiatives and challenges.

• Lead detailed technical investigations, root cause analyses, and provide innovative solutions for complex engineering issues.
• Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practice adoption.
• Collaborate with external partners, research institutions, and internal stakeholders on advanced R&D projects.
• Define and implement advanced engineering methodologies and quality standards across the department.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering or a highly specialized technical field.
• Over 12 years of extensive, hands-on experience in mechanical design , analysis, and system integration.
• Demonstrated history of innovation, with patents or significant contributions to major engineering projects.
• Expertise in advanced simulation techniques, including multi-physics modeling and optimization.
• In-depth understanding of a wide range of materials, manufacturing processes, and their implications on design.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
