Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership in the design, development, and validation of advanced mechanical systems and components.
• Lead the resolution of complex engineering challenges and guide the technical direction for major projects.
• Develop and implement innovative design methodologies and best practices across the engineering department.
• Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Conduct thorough design reviews , risk assessments, and technology feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with senior management, product development, and manufacturing teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful product realization.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of extensive experience in mechanical design and engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or principal role.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex mechanical systems, structural analysis, dynamics, and advanced materials .
• Proven track record of innovation, problem-solving, and delivering technically challenging projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions at all levels.
• Experience with FEA, CFD, and advanced CAD/CAM/CAE tools .
