Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on major mechanical engineering initiatives.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex mechanical design challenges.
• Conduct advanced engineering analysis, including computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA).
• Oversee the design, validation, and implementation of new mechanical systems and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant focus on design and analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced mechanical design principles and simulation tools.
• Proven experience leading complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
