Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership in the design and development of complex mechanical systems and products.
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies and design methodologies.
• Conduct advanced engineering analysis , including sophisticated FEA, CFD, and multi-physics simulations.
• Develop and refine robust design documentation, standards, and best practices for the engineering department.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, product management, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product realization.
• Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
• Extensive expertise in CAD/CAE software , simulation techniques, and design optimization.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, innovative engineering projects.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities for managing a remote, high-performing team.
