Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical direction and leadership for the design and development of complex mechanical systems and products.
• Conduct advanced analysis , including FEA, CFD, and multi-physics simulations, to optimize design performance and reliability.
• Define and implement engineering standards , best practices, and design methodologies across the team.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leaders to set technical roadmaps and strategic direction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve the most challenging technical issues encountered during design, development, and testing phases.
• Mentor and develop senior and junior engineers, fostering technical growth and expertise within the department.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant focus on complex system design.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced CAD/CAE tools and simulation methodologies.
• Deep understanding of physics, material science, manufacturing processes, and system integration.
• Proven track record of leading major engineering projects from concept to production.
