Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical direction for major mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.

• Conduct advanced FEA and CFD analyses to predict and validate product behavior under extreme conditions.
• Provide expert technical mentorship and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
• 10+ years of extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven history of leading complex design projects.
• Deep expertise in mechanical system design, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and advanced materials.
• Demonstrated mastery of FEA, CFD, and other advanced simulation tools .
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
