Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical direction for major mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Develop sophisticated mechanical designs, systems, and components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct advanced FEA and CFD analyses to predict and validate product behavior under extreme conditions.
- Provide expert technical mentorship and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leaders to shape engineering strategy and roadmap development.
- Oversee the validation and verification processes, ensuring designs meet all performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven history of leading complex design projects.
- Deep expertise in mechanical system design, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and advanced materials.
- Demonstrated mastery of FEA, CFD, and other advanced simulation tools .
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to influence technical decisions and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
