Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of mechanical subsystems and ensure seamless interoperability with electrical and software components.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for system validation and performance verification.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering best practices in design and analysis.
• Contribute to strategic technology roadmaps and identify opportunities for innovation and intellectual property generation.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in designing, analysing, and integrating complex mechanical systems.
• Expertise in multiple engineering analysis domains (FEA, CFD, thermal, vibration).
• Proven track record of leading challenging technical projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent understanding of system engineering principles and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in Milton Keynes .
