Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, validation, and transfer of complex analytical methods for drug substances and finished products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, MS, and spectroscopy.
• Oversee and execute routine analytical testing to ensure products meet stringent quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex analytical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions to the analytical team.
• Author and review analytical method validation reports, specifications, and regulatory filings.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of scientific rigor and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with evolving analytical technologies and regulatory expectations in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical analytical development and quality control.
• Extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of analytical instrumentation and techniques.
• Proven ability to develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods according to ICH guidelines.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and scientific communication skills.
