Principal Planner: Environmental & Infrastructure Lead

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Principal Planner to bolster our Environmental and Planning Team. You will lead a small team and manage projects across utilities and infrastructure, delivering planning reports and consents in line with UK guidance.

You will develop stakeholder relationships, oversee feasibility, scoping, and environmental assessments, and contribute to business development. A planning degree and MRTPI membership are essential, with strong analytical, communication, and GIS skills.
