Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-performance power converters, inverters, and power management systems.
• Conduct in-depth theoretical analysis, simulation, and experimental validation of power electronic circuits.
• Oversee component selection, thermal management, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design.
• Mentor and guide a team of power electronics engineers, fostering technical growth and project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronic solutions into broader system designs.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the design and development of advanced power electronic systems.
• Expertise in wide-bandgap semiconductor technologies (SiC, GaN) and their applications.
• Proven experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., PSpice, LTspice) and PCB design.
• Strong understanding of control strategies for power converters and system integration.
