You will be instrumental in driving strategy, managing key accounts, and mentoring a team of consultants focused on niche engineering disciplines across Derbyshire and beyond. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering recruitment team, setting performance standards and driving results.

- Oversee the recruitment process for highly specialized engineering roles, from contract to permanent.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in recruitment consultancy, with a strong specialization in engineering recruitment .
- Demonstrated success in leading recruitment teams and driving significant revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of various engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, aerospace).
- Exceptional client management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
