Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment process for high-level industrial roles, including engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in recruitment, with a significant focus and demonstrable success in the industrial sector .
- Proven ability to manage high-value client accounts and drive significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring others.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies for skilled industrial and manufacturing roles.
