Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of technology recruitment specialists, setting performance goals and providing coaching.

- Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement.

Requirements
- Significant experience (5+ years) in recruitment, with a strong focus on the technology sector.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
