Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and executive-level placements.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract high-calibre passive and active candidates.
• Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Analyse recruitment data and market intelligence to provide strategic insights and drive business decisions.
• Champion best practices in recruitment, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a significant portion at a senior or principal level.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill roles, including executive search.
• Exceptional client relationship management and business development skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring teams.
• Ability to operate autonomously and effectively within a fully remote , collaborative structure.
