Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead business development initiatives to secure new client mandates and expand market share in the Sunderland area.
• Manage and grow relationships with high-profile clients, acting as their trusted recruitment partner.
• Oversee the full recruitment process for complex and senior-level placements, ensuring best practice is followed.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior members of the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in recruitment consultancy, with a proven track record of success in business development and client management.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring or managing recruitment teams.
• In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
