Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage high-volume and complex recruitment projects for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process from initial client consultation through to successful placement and post-placement follow-up.
• Develop and execute strategies for business development to expand the client portfolio within the Birmingham region and beyond.
• Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior members of the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within specialized sectors.
• Represent the company at industry events and build a strong professional network.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant , with a significant portion in a senior or lead capacity.
• Demonstrated success in both permanent and temporary recruitment, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Exceptional client management and business development skills, with a proven ability to win and retain business.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in mentoring or managing teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
