Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for high-profile and complex roles, ensuring optimal candidate and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Recruitment Consultancy , with a strong background in a specialist sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing senior-level recruitment assignments and high-value client relationships.
• Proven experience in business development and revenue generation within recruitment.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
