Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Spearhead business development initiatives to identify and secure new recruitment contracts in the Reading area.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and specialist roles, from initial brief to successful placement.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic advice to clients regarding talent acquisition.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong track record in senior placements and business development.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects and deliver outstanding results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of the Berkshire job market and key industry sectors.
