Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-volume and executive search recruitment campaigns across multiple sectors.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and hiring managers.
• Provide strategic advice and market intelligence to clients on talent acquisition and retention.
• Mentor and guide junior recruitment consultants, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Drive the development of new business opportunities and expand the consultancy's client base.

Requirements

• Substantial experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a proven track record at a senior or principal level.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex recruitment projects and executive searches.
• Exceptional client management and business development skills.
