Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex recruitment projects for key enterprise clients, overseeing the entire talent acquisition process.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract scarce and in-demand talent pools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on talent market trends, workforce planning, and employer branding.
• Drive business development efforts to expand the client base and secure new recruitment contracts.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with significant experience in a leadership or principal role.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale recruitment projects and building strategic client partnerships.
• Expert knowledge of various recruitment methodologies, including executive search and volume recruitment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate client business needs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, ideally with experience in the Birmingham area.
