Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of cutting-edge research projects in immunology , focusing on immune cell function, signaling pathways, and inflammatory responses.
• Develop and implement novel assays to study immune cell interactions and therapeutic responses.
• Interpret complex experimental data, generate robust hypotheses, and present findings to senior management and scientific collaborators.
• Mentor and guide junior scientists and research associates, fostering a collaborative and innovative research environment.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of the immunology research pipeline and identify new areas for investigation.
• Author high-impact publications and present research at international conferences.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral and/or industry experience in immunology research, with a strong publication record.
• Demonstrated expertise in immune cell biology, cytokine biology, and immune modulation therapies.
• Experience with flow cytometry, cytokine analysis, and other advanced immunological techniques.
• Proven ability to lead research projects and mentor scientific staff.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, essential for remote leadership.
