Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic research plans for immunology-focused projects, driving innovation from concept to candidate selection.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of research scientists and associates, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Design and oversee complex in vitro and in vivo immunological assays to evaluate therapeutic candidates.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, formulating clear conclusions and recommendations.

• Represent the company's scientific efforts through publications, presentations, and patent filings.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related life science discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of post-doctoral research experience in a relevant field, with a strong publication record and demonstrated leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of immune cell biology, cytokine signaling, and immune-mediated diseases.
• Proven experience with a broad range of immunological techniques (e.g., flow cytometry, ELISA, cell-based assays, animal models).
• Demonstrated ability to lead scientific teams and manage complex research projects.
