Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of cell biologists and research associates, fostering scientific rigor and innovation.
• Design and execute sophisticated experiments investigating cellular pathways, disease mechanisms, and drug responses.
• Develop and validate advanced cell-based assays for high-throughput screening and target validation.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets, generating actionable insights to guide research direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including discovery, development, and clinical, to advance projects.
• Author scientific publications, present findings at conferences, and contribute to intellectual property.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related life science discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant research experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage scientific projects and mentor staff.
• Extensive hands-on experience with various cell biology techniques, including cell culture, immunocytochemistry , flow cytometry, and microscopy.
• Strong understanding of cancer biology or immunology is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
