Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Principal Scientist or in a similar scientific role, demonstrating a strong track record of success in analytical sciences.
* Strong expertise in analytical techniques, problem-solving, and method development.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to independently manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficiency in advanced analytical tools and relevant software.
* A degree (PhD preferred) in chemistry, biochemistry, analytical sciences, or a related field is required.
