About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement highly scalable, reliable, and performant backend systems and services.
• Define and champion technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across the engineering organization.
• Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering their technical growth and career development.
• Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to define and deliver product roadmaps.
• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and system reliability issues.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and product capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering , with a significant focus on backend development and system architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java , Python , Go, or C#.
• Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and message queues.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
