About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, distributed software systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Drive technical innovation by researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide other software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to define and deliver strategic product roadmaps.

• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant track record in leading complex projects and architectural design.
• Deep expertise in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, Go) and system design principles.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to architect and build highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and distributed systems.
