Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and technical direction for all structural engineering activities.
- Oversee the design, analysis, and delivery of complex structural projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project teams, resources, and budgets, ensuring high-quality output and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, actively participating in business development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, standards, and best practices in structural engineering.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with significant leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in the design of steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
- Proficiency in advanced structural analysis software and BIM technologies.
- Demonstrated success in project management, client liaison, and business development.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is essential.
