Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networking sites.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific role requirements and client needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on candidate identification.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent research skills and the ability to think creatively to find passive candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential candidates.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and pipeline management.
