Prison Health Pharmacist: Medicines Optimisation & Clinics

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Prisons Services Clinical Pharmacist to deliver medicines optimisation across multiple prison sites. You will support GPs and the dispensary team, run medication review clinics and stratify high‑risk medicines to reduce patient risk.

You will work with the Specialist Prison Services Pharmacist to implement NICE guidance and contribute to CPD, audits and formulary management within the secure environment.
