Prisoner Escort & Custody Officer — Flexible Shifts

Serco is recruiting a Prisoner Custody Officer (PCO) for the Prisoner Escort Custody Services. You will work as part of a team delivering safe escorting and custody services for detainees during court proceedings, ensuring welfare and security at all times.

The role requires commitment to 24/6 shifts across early and late rosters, with 5½ weeks of paid training, and a clear progression plan. A full UK driving licence is desirable and strong communication is essential.
