A highly regarded law firm is seeking a driven and talented Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their esteemed team based in Guildford. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert counsel on a wide range of private client matters, including tax advisory, succession planning, and estate administration.

Provide sophisticated tax planning advice to (U)HNW global families, non-domiciliaries, and entrepreneurs.

Tackle trust-related issues, both onshore and offshore, with a specific focus on tax concerns.

Build enduring client relationships by tailoring solutions to their unique needs and circumstances.

Assist the practice's growth by contributing to business development and ensuring strong client engagement.

Work collaboratively within a talented team, including six partners, to ensure top-tier client service.

The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

A minimum of 2 years PQE with strong experience in private client tax advisory work.

A robust academic background with experience gained at a respected City, national, or regional firm.

Top-tier communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining trusted client relationships.

A proven ability to juggle a diverse workload with excellent organisational skills.

A proactive mindset for business development initiatives to support the growth of the firm.
