An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion while working alongside experienced practitioners and benefiting from ongoing support, modern systems, and excellent professional development opportunities. The Opportunity You'll handle a broad range of private client matters, including: Will drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney Probate and estate administration Tax and succession planning Inheritance tax advice Trust administration matters Advising clients on a range of private client issues Managing files from instruction through to completion The role offers a varied caseload, direct client contact, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with individuals and families. About You The successful candidate will: Be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 1-6 years' PQE Have experience managing a private client caseload Possess strong technical knowledge across private client matters Be able to explain complex legal issues in a clear and practical manner Have excellent communication and client care skills Be organised with strong attention to detail Be capable of managing competing deadlines effectively Work well both independently and as part of a team The Firm This is a long-established and respected law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.
