An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join the established Private Client department of a well-regarded regional law firm.

Joining a sizeable and experienced team, you'll work alongside respected private client specialists handling a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, trusts and lasting powers of attorney. The department has a strong reputation for providing high-quality, client-focused advice and offers excellent support for lawyers looking to continue developing their expertise.

The Role

Your work will include:

• Managing a caseload of estate administration and probate matters.
• Advising on trust administration.
• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Supporting clients and their families through often sensitive and complex matters.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships while delivering an exceptional standard of client care.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality private client work, including more complex matters, within a collaborative team environment.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX) with experience in private client work.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience managing your own private client caseload.
• A sound understanding of probate, estate administration, wills and trusts.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail.
