Private Credit Counsel – Emerging Markets

Danos Group is seeking a UK-qualified solicitor to join its London team as a legal counsel, focusing on private credit and structured debt transactions.

You will draft term sheets, financing documents, and security packages, coordinate with external firms, and guide deals through committees. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years PQE, strong banking/finance background, and an interest in emerging markets.
