The role supports the team across origination, execution, portfolio monitoring, and investor communication.Key Responsibilities:- Review information packs as part of the initial screening of new investment opportunities, ahead of discussion at team level- With support from senior team members, participate in the due diligence process for transactions presented to the Investment Committee, including preparation of financial models and credit memoranda- Contribute to the negotiation and execution of legal documentation- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with private equity firms, advisers, and banks- Monitor portfolio companies by analyzing monthly reporting, engaging regularly with management teams, and preparing internal updates as well as investor reporting materials- Support regular communication and engagement with investors across dedicated funds and SMAsCandidate Profile:- 1+ years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, private equity/private debt, or investment banking- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with solid knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, and financial modelling; strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint- A genuine interest in building a career focused on the UK market, with an emerging network among local stakeholders, including sponsors and advisers- Fluent in English; an additional European language would be an advantage- Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong communication skillsApply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
