Private Equity Solicitor (2–6 PQE) – London

Rutherford is seeking a Corporate Private Equity Solicitor in London with 2–6 years of PQE to work on headline matters within a growing practice. The role offers partner contact, client exposure and responsibility on leveraged buyouts, private M&A and cross-border transactions.

Ideal candidates will have experience at a leading City, international or US law firm, strong drafting skills for SPAs and shareholders’ agreements, and a collaborative, proactive approach to deal workstreams.
