Law Firm London is seeking a 1-3 PQE Associate to join its Private Funds team, focusing on the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds for sponsors, asset managers and investors.

You will work on fund documentation, investor letters and fundraising, collaborating with tax, regulatory and corporate colleagues on domestic and cross-border matters, with emphasis on building client relationships and business development.
